Session Completion

Once a Game commences, You must continue it until completion either when You win or lose, resign or another indicated event occurs. If a connection is terminated for any reason then You will be deemed to have lost the Game if You cannot reconnect to the Game while it is still in progress.

Representations & Warranties by Players

If any provision of these Site Rules shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the other provisions herein and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Rules.

GameAccount Code of Online Conduct

Chatting to other persons online is generally accepted as requiring polite and courteous behavior, extending to strangers from different countries and cultures those widely recognised levels of social etiquette employed during telephone communications or meetings in person.

While the great majority of our online users understand and adhere to these recognised levels of courtesy and politeness in all chat room discussions and the contents of Email Challenge messages ("Communications") a small minority engage in the unacceptable behavior during Communications (best described as "Abuse").

Compliance with our Code of Online Conduct is a mandatory requirement of all our users who have accepted our Terms & Conditions for using the GameAccount service. Management Fees

GameAccount will charge You a management fee (the "rake") for competing in wagered games.

The fee for fixed-stake matches on our multiplayer games is 5%-7.5% of the total of both players' stakes, taken from the winner's earnings. The rake for each wager is settled separately. (For example, if You wager £10 each in a two-player game, then the loser loses £10 and the winner receives £9.) Of the £20 staked in this example, GameAccount retains £1 or 5%. For low stake wagers, eg. £1 fixed-point games, we may charge a slightly higher rake percentage. GameAccount charges this fee to cover costs of development, hosting and maintenance and shares any profits with commercial partners (including, but not limited to, customer sites and games software developers). If you win then your account will be credited with the amount of the agreed wager less the GameAccount management fee. If you lose then your account will be debited by the amount of the agreed wager.

In the case of a tie for any wager, the winnings for that bet will be equally divided between those players who are tied. Each wager will be settled independently and a separate management fee will be charged to each wager.

Tournament fees, while generally also around 5-10%, may vary subject to anticipated enrolment, guaranteed prizes, and other factors. Tournament entry fees are deducted from your account upon entry into a Tournament.

For purse play games, where each player brings a variable amount to the table (a "buy-in"), we only charge our management fee, when during that game session money moves from Player A to Player B. The rake % we charge on purse play games will vary by game from 2-5% of the total money risked by both players on each hand or game.

Your account will be deemed a “Dormant Account” in the event You fail to use your account for a single continuous period of 90days or more for the purposes of a financial transaction such financial transaction to include the purchase of one or more tournament entries; placing one or more wagers in a multiplayer game; depositing funds within your account; or withdrawing funds from your account. All Dormant Accounts with funds remaining shall be subject to an inactivity charge of £1.00 (or foreign currency equivalent) for each calendar month following and including the first month in which your account is deemed a Dormant Account.

Player Ratings

Your per-game Player Ratings are operated and defined at GameAccount's absolute discretion and are subject to change from time to time without notice to You. Information on Player Ratings is clearly displayed on each game-specific web site page.

Refer-a-Friend

1. This Refer-a-Friend Promotion ("the Promotion") is only open to existing registered cash players of the Games on www.gameaccount.com (the "Referrer"). The referred friend must be a new registered cash player of the Games offered by GameAccount ("Referred Friend").
2. To qualify for this Promotion, the Referred Friend must have opened and clicked on the relevant link contained within the referral email sent by GameAccount on behalf of the Referrer. The referral email was sent to the Referred Friend when he/she was invited to join GameAccount by the Referrer.
3. Subject to the terms set out below, GameAccount will credit to the Referrer's account a sum up to a maximum of £20 (or currency equivalent) dependent on the amount the referred friend deposited. Such an amount can only be used by the Referrer as entry fees for playing on the GameAccount Website and cannot be withdrawn.
4. A Referrer cannot refer himself/ herself to join GameAccount as a Referred Friend.
5. GameAccount reserves the right to exclude You from the Promotion and from the GameAccount Website if it believes that you have tried to benefit from this Promotion by using more than one user name or are otherwise engaging in fraudulent activity. 7. In addition to the amounts set out in paragraph 3 above GameAccount may at its discretion credit $150 (or £100 / €150 for GBP and EUR players) to the Referrer's account who validly refers the most Referred Friends in any single calendar month (the "Top Referrer"). Panic Solitaire: Game & Tournament Rules

1. Single Player Tournaments: The objective is to achieve the highest score.
1.1 In the unlikely event that more than one player has the same high score and the same time then the prize is split between these players.
1.2 Fundamental Rules of Play: The object of the game is to get all of the cards in the pyramids down to the discard pile. To move a card down click on the card that is one higher or one lower than the top card on the discard pile. For example, you can lay a KING on an ACE and an ACE on a KING. If there is no card to remove from the pyramid, click on the top card on the draw pile. If you clear all cards from the pyramids you will advance to the next level. The game is over when you cannot clear all cards from the pyramids and the deck runs out. You can use the space bar or 'B' key to flip cards.
1.3 Scoring: You will receive the points on the 'points slide' for each card you clear. You will receive bonus points for each card in a run of cards that you clear. The longer the run the higher the bonus points get. You will receive a 5000 point bonus for clearing the top card in each pyramid.

Pyramid Solitaire: Game & Tournament Rules

1. Single Player Tournaments: The objective is to clear the pyramid of cards by matching pairs adding up to 13.

Klondike Solitaire: Game & Tournament Rules

1. Single Player Tournaments: The objective is to achieve the highest score. If two players have the same score then the faster time wins.
1.1 Fundamental Rules of Play: The object of the game is to score points by moving as many cards as possible into the 4 "suit" piles on the upper right. You must lay a card on a "row" pile in descending order with the opposite colour. A King can be moved onto an empty column. The suit piles start with an Ace and go up to the King. If you cannot make a move you must click on the pile in the upper left. Clicking on the pile deals one card at a time. Once that pile is empty you click 'CLICK TO DEAL' to refresh the pile. Double click or drag a card to get it to go to the top (suit pile)!
1.2 Scoring: Each card moved from the "deal" pile to a "row" pile scores you 50 points. You will score 25 points for turning over a card on one of the 7 rows. You will receive 100 points for moving a card to the suit piles. 100 points will be deducted from your score each time you refresh the deck. The game is over when the timer expires. 1 point will be deducted each time you move a card from one row to another row.
1.3 The prizes for each competition tournament and number of entrants are clearly displayed on the website prior to tournament entry. Each entrant is eligible for one prize per tournament.

Naval Wars: Game & Tournament Rules

1.1 The objective of the single player Instant Win game is to destroy five ships with the smallest number of bombs possible. The computer randomly places the ships at the beginning of the game.
1.2 Fundamental Rules of Play: Five battle boats of differing size are located on the 8 x 8 square grid. Each ship will take up a different amount of space on the grid from 5 squares to 2 squares. A ship must be hit on each grid square that it occupies in order to be destroyed. Players have 3 minutes and unlimited bombs to destroy all 5 boats. To drop a bomb, simply move the cursor to the required grid square and click your mouse. If you have hit part of a ship, the grid square will become red. If you miss, the square will turn black. Once you have hit all the required grid points, the destroyed boat will appear. Destroy all five boats and the game is over.
1.3 Scoring: Players start with a score of 100. Everytime a bomb is dropped and a boat is missed, the score will drop by one. If you drop a bomb and it hits a target, the score will not alter. The fewer number of misses recorded, the higher you score.
2. Hi-Score Instants Tournaments and Jackpot Accumulator: A variety of different entry fee tournaments are available. Prize amounts are dictated on the amount scored within the game. The higher the score, the higher the mulitple of the entry stake. The jackpot accumulator tournament pays out in full to the first person who scores 99 points or above.
