GAN has long been an online publisher and distributor of game theme titles for world leading manufacturers, and has enjoyed a strong relationship with Incredible Technologies, (IT) for over four years.  This latest contract between IT - a leading US designer, developer and manufacturer of Class III land-based slot games - and GAN is for the development of 10 online casino games over the course of the next two years.  The agreement grants GAN the ability to license IT’s most popular new game content, including premium land-based game assets, math, and development integrity.  GAN re-engineers and optimizes this content for play in the online space.  These games will be provided for GAN partners online via desktop and mobile devices, and will  be provided globally to GAN partners across GAN's proprietary social offering, Simulated Gaming™, and Real Money gaming product.

This new agreement further enhances GAN’s four year old partnership with IT, through which 10 games have already been released bringing the combined total to an industry leading 20-titles by 2018. GAN is delighted to continue to bring top-performing games from IT’s high quality land-based catalogue to the online space. The most recent IT products provided to GAN casino partners were Medusa: The Quest of Perseus™ and Leonidas: King of the Spartans™ in Q4-2015, and Money Rain® in January 2016. In addition, IT’s Crazy Money® was the top performing slot game on Betfair online’s New Jersey real money gaming platform last year.

Agreement Highlights

  • 10 new games to be provided over two years, doubling the current content library of Incredible Technologies on the GAN GameStack™ IGS Platform to-date

  • Furthers GAN's relationship with IT, a rising star in US Class III land-based slots available in roughly 23 states

  • Permits GAN to continue its commitment to provide the highest quality games to its partners across the globe

Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN commented:

“I am pleased to announce this new agreement between GAN and Incredible Technologies. The relationship between the companies over the last four years has proved profitable for both parties, and I’m excited to be able to continue that over the next two years. Furthermore, this agreement will permit GAN to continue to supply the highest quality games to the market, and cement our position as the industry leader.”

Elaine Hodgson, President and CEO at Incredible Technologies commented:

“Inking this agreement with our partners at GAN could not have come at a better time.  Since the launch of our Infinity platform in 2015, Incredible Technologies’ gaming sector has undergone record growth year over year – seemingly at the same time our partners at GAN have built tremendous momentum in the online space in social and real money gaming.  This agreement marks the true spirit of a mutually beneficial partnership that leverages both companies expertise and we’re excited to watch it grow.”
